Happy Anniversary!!

Three years ago, we were just starting our life together. I thought I would share the fun story of how we met. About four years ago, I was living in Salt Lake working and taking a break from school. Justin was going to USU up in Logan with only a year left. We both attended Snow College in 2001, I was friends with some of his friends from Nephi and I had met his brother. We never met while at Snow. After Snow, I moved home and found a lot of my friends from Snow who also moved home. My good friend Sarah, who would go country dancing faithfully as did a lot of my friends. Justin and Sarah were friends at Snow and talked every once in a while after. Sarah had been trying to get Justin to come to Salt Lake and go dancing for a while. So finally, Justin decided that he would go. I remember Sarah telling me that day that I needed to come and met her Friend from Logan. I had to work that night and normally I would never go that late but that night I felt like I needed to go. Justin and Sarah met me at the door and that was the beginning of everything. He found me for the slow song before he had to go back to Logan and things really just fell into place. If you don't believe me, I had to go to Logan for work a week after we met. Our first date was with four married couples playing board games. I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful husband who shows me everyday that he loves me. He has done so much for me. I am so grateful for the example he shows me and I love him. Happy 3rd Anniversary, Justin!

For Those Who Don't Know...

We are expecting a baby in September! At first, I was a little shocked and very scared. The thought of raising two children scares me, I am still figuring out how to raise one. This pregnancy has been similar to the last one. I have had a lot more morning sickness and bad headaches. I have been giving myself shots twice a day like last time, and it's just like I remember. Unfortunately, I will have to do these shots with each pregnancy to prevent blood clots. For someone who would nearly faint when my blood was drawn, this was very hard to do when I was first pregnant with Hailee. When you have a blood disorder, you get your blood taken so much that you no longer have problems with having your blood drawn. Shots are a lot different then an IV or a normal blood draw. There are times that I wish I did not have to do the shots, but I realize it is something I have to do to have children. In the end it will all be worth it when I see the little face looking back at me. We are both getting excited to have another child. Plus the two niece's and nephew that will be here in June!

Sporting Some New Hair Do's

Since our big girl's hair has grown a little longer, I have been trying new hair styles. Every time I try one of these new hair dos, I think she looks like so much older. It's been fun to try new things with the little hair that she does have.
